Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your AskMyBio.ai account and all associated data at any time. This includes your profile, connected store data, social connections, and all conversation history. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Option 1 — Email Request
Send an email to privacy@askmybio.ai with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your account
- Optional: specific data you want deleted (or "all data")
Option 2 — Delete from Dashboard
If you have an active account, you can disconnect your Facebook integration and delete your data directly from your dashboard:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Social
- Click Disconnect Facebook
- For full account deletion, contact us at the email above
Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including connected stores, products, and analytics history, will be permanently removed.
